Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Return Policy

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and consumable products, all sales are final. Bottle2Bar does not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been packaged or shipped. Approved cancellations are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once a shipping label has been created, shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Damages, Lost Packages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within three (3) business days of delivery at:

To process a claim, we may require photographs of:

• The product received
• The shipping box
• Internal packaging materials
• The shipping label

Bottle2Bar reserves the right to deny claims that do not include sufficient documentation.

Minor cosmetic damage, label imperfections, packaging wear, flavor variations, or personal taste preferences do not qualify for refunds or replacements.

Failed Deliveries

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to provide an adult signature, or an incorrect address provided by the customer are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
