Shipping Policy

Bottle2Bar does not ship to APO, FPO, or P.O. Box addresses.

All alcohol shipments require the signature of an adult aged 21 or older upon delivery.

Orders are generally processed within 1–5 business days. Orders containing customization services may require additional processing time.

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Bottle2Bar is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Natural disasters
• Carrier disruptions
• Labor shortages
• Peak holiday volume
• Other circumstances beyond our control

Customers are responsible for complying with all state and local laws regarding the shipment and receipt of alcoholic beverages.

Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within three (3) business days of delivery.

Bottle2Bar is not responsible for flavor variations, personal taste preferences, minor cosmetic imperfections, label changes, or manufacturer packaging updates.

If a shipment is returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, a ten percent (10%) restocking fee may be deducted from any refund and shipping charges will not be refunded.
