The agaves are slowly cooked using a combination of traditional brick ovens and autoclaves, followed by extended fermentation and double distillation in copper and stainless steel stills to preserve the tequila's vibrant agave character.
After distillation, the tequila is rested in ex-Four Roses bourbon barrels, where it develops additional richness and complexity while maintaining the freshness of a premium reposado. The bourbon-seasoned oak contributes notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and gentle spice without overpowering the natural sweetness of the agave.
